1. Description:
POLYURETHANE Adhesive Sealant is a component,
moisture curing polyurethane based adhesive for direct glazing in Automotive Glass Replacement
as well as constuction concrete caulking. It has high hardness, good toughness,
aging resistance and other characteristics,Curing rate is related to ambient temperature
and humidity, Rapid surface drying at high temperature or high humidity,
Low temperature and low humidity will slow surface drying and curing.
It is a high-quality non-sag one component polyurethane adhesive sealant specially designed for aftermarket.
It cures on exposure to atmospheric humidity to form a durable elastomer.
Made with advanced technology, best formula and high quality ingredients,
it is single-component with features of good flexibility
and elasticity, easy for construction, solvent-free, no shrinkage,
and no corrosion to the surface material, strong intension and
anti-aging. It is special for sealing windshield glazing, glass fiber reinforced plastic fittings,
steel and aluminum plate installation in automotive industry.

3.Application:
It is suitable for the windshield replacement, or bonding/sealing of a variety of materials for vehicle body in aftermarket.

Solid and engineered wood floors-(strips, longstrips, planks, panels, boards), mosaic parquet,
industrial parquet, lam parquet, wood paving (residential) as well as chip boards can all be fully
bonded
Elastic Bonding of skirting boards/ baseboards and door thresholds etc.
Application:
1.Vehicle bodies and cab construction including panels, underbody components, and roofing.
2.Front and rear spoilers, auto trim, moldings, body seams, and welded joints.
3.Waterproofing exterior lap seams in many applications, including truck trailers,
RV's, metal roofs, window perimeters, grain bins and HVAC units.
4.Waterproofing rivet seams.
5.Sealing of exposed and concealed joints of aluminum, steel, coated metals, wood, roof rails,
and door hinges in transport equipment.
6.Sealing and caulking expansion joints, pre-cast concrete panel joints and joints between logs on log homes.
Application tips
* The bonded surface must be clean, dry and free of putty before bonding.
* Substrates that may seep out of oil are not suitable for direct application of sealant.
* For rusted or corroded metal surfaces (such as aluminum oxide, copper, iron oxide rust surface),
in order to ensure the bonding effect, the rust on the surface layer needs to be worn off before coating.
* Due to the construction environment, construction methods, and material differences,
pre-testing is required before use to ensure adhesion performance.
* The optimal coating temperature is +5 ~ +35°C. When the temperature is low,
the extrusion resistance increases, warm up the adhesive before use.
The curing speed of sealant is related to the temperature and humidity of the environment.
Under high-temperature or high-humidity conditions, it will be quickly crusted.
Low-temperature and low-humidity will delay the curing The final curing time is also related to the thickness of the glue applied.
4.Packaging
310ml cartridge, 400ml sausage, 600ml sausage,or 25kgs by barrel.
5.Storage and Shelf Life
When stored at the recommended conditions in original, unopened containers,
this product has a shelf life of 9 months for 310ml, 6months for 400ml/600ml.
The shelf life of polyurethane sealant is related to the temperature and humidity of the environment.
The recommended storage temperature is 5-25° C, humidity is <50% RH.
It is strictly prohibited that the transportation or storage temperature is over 30° C
or the humidity is over 80% RH. And high-temperature container transportation is prohibited as well.
In the long-time high temperature and high humidity storage environment, the product is easy to get viscous,
extrusion will be deteriorated and shelf life will be shortened.
